- To process your claim and communicate with you
- To assess the damage and negotiate with the insurer on your behalf
- To comply with legal obligations (record-keeping, archiving)
How long do we retain your data?
We retain case data for 7 years by default in line with the Dutch tax retention obligation, or longer where necessary for ongoing or future legal proceedings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted. Please send your request to info@krantz-polak.nl . We respond within four weeks.
